Hello and welcome to the Winter Park Craft Fair web page. We are happy to see that you have stopped by and in the near future, we will be getting our tents in a row when it comes to the hi tech world and the craft fair.
The 2016 show on August 12th and 13th was a great weekend event. We had repeat vendor and some new booths and many of our vendor's had excellent sales.
The 2017 event will be our 20th Annual event and we want to go big! We will be planning a 3 day event with some extra fun for vendors and shoppers.
IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON BEING A VENDOR AT THE 2017 SHOW, PLEASE READ ALL ABOUT THE SHOW. THERE IS SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE DIFFERENT PAGES OF THIS SITE FOR VENDORS.
We will be posting photo's of the 2016 event soon and we will also be working on a quick turn around for next years event. We should have some plans and information by or before the end of September 2016.

Vendor Information
Invitation J&J Enterprises Inc. would like to invite you to apply to exhibit on August 11, 12 & 13. This is NOT a juried show. We would like to have craft exhibitors come to sell their hand made wares. Exhibit Booth space is 10’ x 10’ and will be assigned by J&J Enterprises. Space only is provided to Each exhibitor. Exhibitors must provide their own display and equipment. All parts of the display must fit within the limits of the assigned area. Double display space may be purchased for an extra fee...

Eligibility The show is open to quality crafters WHO ARE PRESENT to exhibit work of hand made wares. Imported items may be considered or permitted. Misrepresentation at any level will be grounds for removal from the show and all future shows. Only merchandise of crafters accepted by the committee will be allowed into the show. Approximately 80 to 100 crafters will be accepted.
Decisions of the committee are final.
Show Times Friday 12pm to 6pm Saturday 9am to 6pm Sunday 8am to 5pm. Crafters breaking down (or leaving) early will NOT be accepted in future shows. This only hurts the other vendors! Leaving the area early just puts you in more traffic and a later departure helps eleviate that stress.
Notification We are not responsible for any lost or damaged property. Security is NOT provided.
Fees • Booth Fee: $195.00 per space. ($180 if applying before Jan. 15 2017) • No commission on sales charged. *If space is unavailable, your booth fee will be refunded. You may be put on next year's list.
